Code of conduct

Development version, 12 October 2026

Engaged, critical and respectful

Aktivismo helps people act together. Disagreement and political criticism belong here. Strong criticism, satire, protest, peaceful civil disobedience, boycott calls and unpopular opinions are generally allowed. Actual content and context matter, not whether a view is comfortable or popular. Respect other people’s rights and do not use personal attacks to intimidate them. These rules cover campaigns, public user content, communication and community features actually provided; they do not require agreement with a political position.

Prohibited content

Content is prohibited where it specifically promotes hatred, violates privacy, abusively spreads false or misleading information, attacks democratic rights, discriminates, promotes human-rights abuses or extremism, supports animal cruelty, or manipulates the generator’s safeguards. Mandatory legal and store prohibitions also apply, including sexual exploitation, threats of violence, dangerous instructions and clear infringements of rights. Factual reporting, prevention, recognisable satire and political controversy are assessed in their actual context and purpose. Do not present claims as proven facts without sufficient grounds. Public sources do not automatically permit republishing personal data.

Protecting children

Aktivismo prohibits creating, depicting, promoting or distributing child sexual exploitation or abuse, including abuse material and synthetic depictions, grooming, sexualisation of minors, sexual extortion and related trafficking. Factual prevention and support are allowed; abuse material itself remains prohibited. Report concerns from private AI previews or bot replies too through the support channel intended to work without an account. For confirmed abuse material, we block the content and the account proven responsible; necessary reports go to the competent authority. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. The child-safety contact is operator Johann Kay: contact@aktivismo.org.

Restricted recommendations

Aktivismo does not recommend every lawful issue equally. Our platform policy limits recommendations of campaign and branch text seeking economic harm to the app company, promoting nationalism, supporting animal exploitation, promoting weapons or promoting fossil-fuel use. This is a recommendation policy, not a claim that such content is automatically unlawful or extremist. Strong restrictions may exclude organic and paid recommendations while allowing creation and publication, unless a separate prohibited category or another actual publication condition applies. A recommendation restriction alone does not trigger cleaning, a warning, manual review or a publication block.

Respecting people and contact channels

Address an issue to a person or body actually suited to it. Use evidenced factual roles and official contact channels lawful for that purpose. No doxxing, invented roles or switching to private contacts to exert pressure. A public role does not remove data-protection rights. A positively checked address verifies a channel, not agreement with your issue or the lawfulness of your campaign. Personal hiding or blocking in signed-in areas is different from an administrative restriction; public content may remain accessible without signing in.

Reporting, review and appeals

Report the specific problem and explain briefly what is affected and why. Include necessary public evidence, not unnecessary private data. The common channel is intended to be the support form; access without an account is checked before release. Reports are assessed using the same factual rules as other content. Report numbers or political disagreement alone do not determine whether content is allowed. Measures and required reasons are explained to the affected person. You can challenge an incorrect measure through the same channel; statutory remedies remain available. Automated initial checks do not replace legally required human complaint review. Actual contact and complaints operation: contact@aktivismo.org is available for reports and complaints without an account. Describe the affected content or measure and why you challenge it. Required reviews are factual and conducted under human responsibility; statutory time limits and remedies remain available.
